___________________________________ 3053’s review ;{ Week: 11 Date: 15/10/22 Chapter(s): 12-13 Summary of my reading: The stories in chapters twelve and thirteen are about the last lifetime of Inman and Ada's lifestyle after Inman died. Inman chose a way to make him continue living with his lover. Then, Stobrod got over and was ready to go back home with Ada and Ruby that Inman stayed behind to protect them. While they traveled, they met with the Home Guard. The Home Guard tried to shoot them. Inman quickly shot them before they did, one of whom escaped. Inman hurried to follow him, but he did not want to kill him. Suddenly, Inman was shot by him before he rode a horse away. Ada heard the gun sound and hurriedly ran to help Inman. Inman said farewell to Ada and finally died. Years later, Ada had a daughter with Inman before he died. Ruby and Reid, the Georgian Boy, had two lovely sons.
